A: CHK Foundation is happy to support core costs and often awards unrestricted grants to further the charitable objects of the recipient.
A: An online reporting form is provided to most grant recipients. Otherwise, feedback can be provided in a brief (maximum of 2 pages) word document. The inclusion of any images in the document should be limited to prevent the file size from exceeding 1,000 KB. Please send the report as an attachment to an email.
